Cerulean’s menus are designed and produced with a modern aesthetic and cool, industrial materials to reflect the restaurant’s interior design and location in Indianapolis’ swanky downtown CityWay development. Each of the lunch, dinner, drinks, and dessert menus features vellum overlays to help unmistakenly distinguish them from each other and protect the paper inside, and a contemporary coupling of walnut plywood and thick industrial felt bound by black screwposts
